Journey Early Learning Indooroopilly is seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to lead our Kindergarten program in a full‑time, Monday to Friday role.

As our Kindergarten Teacher, you'll lead a high‑quality program that supports children's learning, wellbeing, and transition to school.

Working alongside experienced educators and a supportive leadership team, you'll deliver engaging, play‑based learning while fostering a warm and inclusive environment for children and families.

• Deliver a high‑quality Kindergarten program aligned with the EYLF
• Support school readiness through intentional, play‑based learning
• Create engaging learning environments that inspire confidence and curiosity
• Observe, document, and reflect on children's learning and development
• Build strong partnerships with children, families, and the community
• Contribute to a collaborative team culture
• Maintain high standards of safety and compliance

💛 About You

• ACECQA‑approved Early Childhood Teacher qualification
• Must have completed National Child Safety Training
• Experience delivering a Kindergarten or school readiness program
• Strong understanding of the EYLF and transition‑to‑school practices
• Warm, nurturing, and relationship‑focused teaching style
• Strong communication and family engagement skills
• Passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences
• Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
