Permanent Childcare Educator | Knoxfield

The role

This is a permanent, part-time role (Monday to Friday) at our Knoxfield centre. As a Journey Educator, you’ll be supported by your Centre Leadership Team and colleagues to build your confidence, skills, and knowledge as you grow in your role.

Your focus will be on:

• Building strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and your team
• Bringing our values of connection, communication, and consideration to life in your daily practice
• Contributing to the planning, implementing, and evaluation of engaging programs
• Observing and supporting children’s learning and wellbeing
• Seeking guidance when you need it, knowing your leadership team is always there to back you

Who are you?

You’re someone who’s passionate about giving children the best start in life—and you want to feel supported in your own career journey too. You’re collaborative, caring, and motivated to keep growing.

You’ll also have:

• An ACECQA recognised Certificate III (or higher)
• Experience developing age-specific programs and routines
• A current Working with Children Check (state specific)
• Current Asthma, Anaphylaxis, and First Aid certificates
