Journey Early Learning | Seymour has officially opened its doors—and we’re building something truly special from the ground up.

With 126 places for children aged 0–5, our brand-new, purpose-built centre is designed to feel like home. It’s a warm, family-oriented environment where children—and educators—can grow, learn, and thrive. Nestled in a vibrant and welcoming community, every space has been thoughtfully created to support both emotional and educational development.

About the Role

This is a casual opportunity, with flexibility across Monday to Friday. As a Casual Educator, you'll build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues while supporting meaningful, play-based learning experiences.

In this role, you will:

• Bring the Journey values of connection, communication, and consideration to life
• Support the physical, emotional, and social wellbeing of children
• Assist with program planning and observations
• Work collaboratively with your Lead Educators, Educational Leader, and Centre Manager
• Follow Journey’s Child Safe Policy and uphold our See, Act, Tell safeguarding framework

About You

You’re a calm, motivated and thoughtful educator who wants to make a genuine difference. You’re a team player, committed to continuous learning and creating a safe, joyful space for children to grow.

You’ll need:

• A Certificate III or higher in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised)
• A valid Working with Children Check (state-specific)
• Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications
