We’re looking for a passionate Permanent Educator to join our team at Journey Early Learning | Ocean Grove. In this role, you’ll help shape meaningful learning experiences and support children’s development in a centre that values connection, care, and continuous growth.

Our Centre:

Caring for up to 116 children (6 weeks to 6 years old), Journey Ocean Grove is beautifully designed with spacious indoor and outdoor areas, lush gardens, and creative play spaces. It’s the perfect place to foster curiosity and learning

About the Role

This is a permanent part-time opportunity, with consistent shifts and strong support from your Lead Educators and Centre Leadership Team.

In this role, you’ll:

• Build strong relationships with children, families, and your team
• Support the emotional, physical, and developmental needs of children
• Contribute to program planning, observations, and documentation
• Live Journey’s values in your day-to-day practice
• Uphold our See, Act, Tell safeguarding framework

About You

You’re a passionate, caring educator who brings warmth, energy, and a genuine love for early learning.

You’ll need:

• A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised)
• A valid Working with Children Check (state-specific)
• Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
• Experience supporting play-based programs and routines
