Childcare Administrator | St Albans

You’ll work within the Centre Leadership Team, supporting enrolments, compliance, and administrative processes while creating a welcoming and professional experience for families, children, and team members.

This role suits someone who enjoys structure, takes pride in accuracy, and values being part of a collaborative, purpose‑driven team.

This role is Monday to Friday, working between the hours of 9-5pm. 

• Welcoming families and acting as the first point of contact for enquiries
• Managing enrolments, records, and centre documentation
• Supporting compliance and reporting requirements
• Maintaining accurate data across CRM systems and databases
• Providing administrative support to the Centre Leadership Team
• Ensuring systems and processes run efficiently and consistently

• Previous experience in an administrative role (childcare or similar environment preferred)
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
• Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Friendly, professional communication style
• Ability to work independently while supporting a team
• Current Working with Children Check and National Police Check
• Full Australian working rights
