About the Role

As a Casual Educator, you'll support our team to deliver high-quality Early Childhood Education and Care, creating engaging experiences that support children's learning, development and wellbeing.

You'll have the opportunity to:

• Support children's learning through engaging, play-based experiences
• Build positive relationships with children, families and fellow educators
• Contribute to educational programs that reflect children's interests and needs
• Help create safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environments
• Support daily routines, care and learning experiences across different age groups
• Work collaboratively with permanent educators and Centre Leadership
• Bring your ideas, energy and passion to the centre

About You

We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable Early Childhood Educators who enjoy working as part of a team and are passionate about children's learning and development.

You'll bring:

• A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
• A valid Working with Children Check
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications
• A completed Mandatory Child Protection Certificate
• National Child Safety (Foundation Module) training or willingness to complete
• A genuine passion for Early Childhood Education and children's wellbeing
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Flexibility and the ability to adapt to different routines and team needs
• A positive, collaborative and reliable approach
• A commitment to creating safe, inclusive and engaging learning environments
