We’re looking for warm, reliable, and passionate Casual Educators to join our team at Journey Lucas Rise.

As a Casual Educator, you'll play an important role in supporting our children, educators, and centre community across a variety of age groups. Whether you're assisting with learning experiences, supporting daily routines, or stepping into different rooms as needed, you'll help create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where children can thrive.

This role offers flexibility to suit your lifestyle while providing the opportunity to gain experience across different learning environments within a supportive and welcoming team.

🌱 Key Responsibilities

• Support play-based learning aligned with the EYLF
• Assist with daily routines and learning experiences
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and educators
• Support educators across various age groups and learning environments
• Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment
• Contribute positively to the centre's culture and team
• Follow all health, safety, and safeguarding requirements

💛 About You

• Certificate III, Diploma, or currently studying Early Childhood Education and Care
• Must have completed National Child Safety Training
• Previous experience in an early childhood setting is desirable
• Flexible and adaptable approach
• Warm, caring, and enthusiastic nature
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Current Working with Children Check
• Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain)
