Casual Educator | Journey Early Learning Carseldine 

Looking for flexible casual work where you can make a genuine difference?

At Journey Early Learning Carseldine, we're looking for passionate Casual Educators to join our team. Whether you're looking for a few shifts a week or regular casual work, you'll be part of a centre that values relationships, collaboration and high-quality early childhood education.

No two days are the same, giving you the opportunity to work across different age groups, support children's learning through play, and become part of a welcoming and supportive team.

About the Role

As a Casual Educator, you'll support our teaching teams to create engaging learning experiences while helping provide a safe, nurturing and inspiring environment for every child.

You'll enjoy the flexibility of casual work while gaining experience within a high-quality early learning centre that values its people.

What You'll Do

• Support children's learning through play-based experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Build meaningful relationships with children, families and your team
• Assist in creating safe, inclusive and engaging learning environments
• Contribute to daily routines and learning experiences
• Work collaboratively with educators and teachers across the centre
• Ensure children's health, safety and wellbeing remain the highest priority

About You

You'll be someone who brings energy, positivity and a genuine passion for early childhood education.

We're looking for someone who has:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or currently studying)
• A current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A flexible and reliable approach to work
• A passion for creating positive outcomes for children
