Journey Early Learning Millner is looking for a passionate, reliable and flexible Casual Educator to join our welcoming team.

If you enjoy working across different rooms and age groups, building meaningful relationships and supporting engaging learning experiences, we'd love to hear from you!

We're looking for an educator who can confidently support our team across the week and adapt to the changing needs of the centre.

Casual Position | Monday to Friday | Full Availability Required

Applicants must have full availability across all five weekdays, including opening and closing shifts. Shift times and days may vary depending on centre needs.

✨ About the Role

As a Casual Educator, you'll:

• Work across different rooms and age groups
• Support engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYLF
• Build positive relationships with children, families and educators
• Support children's individual routines, learning and wellbeing
• Adapt confidently to different environments and team needs
• Maintain safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environments

💛 About You

We're looking for a dependable, adaptable and enthusiastic educator who enjoys variety and being part of a collaborative team.

You'll bring:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Full availability Monday to Friday, including opening and closing shifts
• Flexibility to work different days, hours and age groups
• Previous experience in an early learning environment highly regarded
• A positive, reliable and team-focused approach
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
• Current Working with Children Clearance
• Completed National Child Safety Training
