Casual Educator | Wallan Central

🌟 About the Role

As a Casual Educator, you’ll support daily routines and learning experiences across the centre, working with children of all ages. You’ll bring warmth, energy, and adaptability—stepping into different rooms and helping create safe, engaging, play‑based environments where children feel confident and supported.

This role offers flexibility while also giving you the opportunity to build consistency and pick up additional shifts.

🌱 Key Responsibilities

• Support children’s learning through play‑based experiences
• Assist with routines across different age groups
• Build positive relationships with children and families
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment
• Work collaboratively with educators and leadership
  
  

💛 About You

• ACECQA‑recognised Certificate III or Diploma (or working towards)
• Must have completed National Child Safety Training + Victorian Child Protection Training
• Warm, reliable, and adaptable approach
• Confident working across multiple rooms
• Passion for supporting children’s learning and wellbeing
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain)
