🌻 About Our New Echuca West Centre

• Licensed for 120 children across 8 beautifully designed rooms
• 6:30am – 6:30pm operating hours
• Purpose‑built spaces created to support children, educators & families
• Strong commitment to community connection and meaningful local excursions

🌟 About the Role

As our Centre Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the service - leading with purpose, inspiring your team, and creating a warm, connected environment for families.

You'll oversee daily operations, champion best practice and drive continuous improvement while building a centre culture you're proud of.

💼 What You’ll Lead

• Keeping children at the centre of everything we do
• Maintaining exceptional health & safety standards
• Overseeing daily operations, budgets, wages, rostering & occupancy
• Coaching, mentoring & developing an engaged team
• Building strong, trusting relationships with families & the community
• Ensuring regulatory compliance & advocating for every child’s rights
• Implementing and evaluating high‑quality programs

You’re an inspiring ECEC leader who thrives on connection, growth and meaningful impact. You’re passionate about children, invested in your team, and excited to bring a brand‑new centre to life.

You’ll Bring:

• Leadership experience within the ECEC sector
• A commitment to safe, nurturing and inclusive environments
• Understanding of the ECA Code of Ethics & UNCRC
• ACECQA‑approved Diploma or Bachelor (Early Education)
• WWCC + First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
