Childcare Administrator | Ballarat Region
Journey Early Learning is seeking an experienced and passionate Administrator to join one of our centres in Ballarat.
This is a permanent part-time position, Monday to Friday, supporting the daily operations of the service and contributing to a warm and welcoming experience for children, families and the team.
About the Role
As the Centre Administrator, you’ll be the first point of contact for families and a vital support to our leadership team. Your role will include managing enrolments, maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance, and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.
We’re looking for someone who brings strong administrative experience, attention to detail, and a warm, professional presence. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, work confidently with systems, and enjoy building positive relationships with families and your team.
Key skills and requirements:
- Current Valid Working with Children Check & National Police Check
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong CRM and database experience
- Confidence working within the Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
- Full Working Rights in Australia
- Relevant certifications in early childhood education (desirable but not essential)
