Journey Early Learning is thrilled to open our second centre in Echuca West (VIC) in April 2026 and we’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join our leadership team. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in building a brand-new, purpose-built centre and ensuring smooth, high-quality operations from day one.

About Our New Echuca West Centre

• Licensed for 120 children across 8 rooms
• Operating hours: 6:30am – 6:30pm
• A purpose-built environment designed to support children, educators and families
• Strong focus on community connection and meaningful excursions

Your Role

This is a permanent part-time position (up to 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday) with the potential to grow as the centre expands. As our Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of the centre, supporting the Centre Manager and leadership team to deliver exceptional service and compliance.

What you’ll do:

• Manage rosters, budgets and daily attendance records to keep operations running smoothly.
• Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate events, activities and community engagement projects.
• Oversee maintenance requests and WHS audits.
• Ensure CRM data integrity and reporting for smart business decisions.
• Handle credit card reconciliation and document management.
• Collate Google reviews and parent feedback to support continuous improvement.

About you: 

You’re an organised, tech-savvy professional with strong business acumen and a passion for creating seamless experiences for families and educators. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and love being part of a collaborative team.

What you’ll bring:

• Previous experience in administration (childcare experience highly regarded)
• Strong CRM and database management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Teams
• Current Working with Children Check and Police check
