Join our Brisbane Airport centre as a Chef and help create nutritious, enjoyable meals that support children’s growth, wellbeing, and learning.

Through our Future Foodies program, you’ll bring our meal plans to life by preparing fresh meals, encouraging healthy habits, and creating positive mealtime experiences for children every day.

Permanent Part-Time | Monday to Friday | No weekends

About You

You’re passionate about food, organised in the kitchen, and enjoy creating positive experiences for children through nutrition.

• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
• Commercial Cookery qualifications (preferred)
• Experience preparing fresh, nutritious meals
• Understanding of allergies and dietary requirements
• Strong kitchen organisation and food safety practices
• Current Asthma, Anaphylaxis & First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
• Completed National Child Safety Training

Your Role

• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks following our meal plans
• Bring our Future Foodies program to life
• Create positive and engaging mealtime experiences
• Cater for allergies and dietary requirements
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
• Manage food ordering, stock control, and kitchen supplies
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and educators
