Childcare Inclusion Support Specialist | Moe
Journey Early Learning is seeking an enthusiastic, passionate and experienced Permanent Educator to join our Gumdale team as an Inclusion Support Specialist in our Kindy room.

Our purpose-built centre will welcome 96 children across five beautiful rooms, designed to feel like home. A warm, family focused environment where children and educators can grow, learn and thrive. Every detail has been thoughtfully created to support emotional, social, and educational development.
About the role:
This is a Permanent part-time opportunity across Monday to Friday with a preference of 10am to 6pm. Hours can be flexible for the right person!
As our new Inclusion Support Specialist, it is your role to foster meaningful relationships with children, families, and the centre community. You will support and guide children’s learning, while playing an active role in developing an inclusive and flexible educational program for the Four to Five-year-old room.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times
- A demonstrated commitment to providing a safe, caring, non-judgemental and supportive environment for all children and their families
- Facilitate learning experiences for your designated group of children
- Assisting in the observation and evaluation of children's individual strengths, interests and preferences
- Design and implement activities to be included in children's developmental program.
- Be part of a collaborative teaching and interactive learning environment
About you:
You are creative and inspired early childhood educator with a passion to lead and develop age specific programs and daily routines. You will be a collaborative member of the team, working to build strong relationships with educators, children, and families.
Key skills and requirements:
- An ACECQA recognised Certificate III or higher
- Experience leading and developing age specific programs and routines
- An approved Working with Children Check (OCHRE Card)
- Current Asthma, Anaphylaxis and First Aid Certificates
