About the Role

This is a permanent part-time position Monday to Friday, where you’ll take the lead in nurturing children’s growth and development. You’ll work closely with your team to design and implement engaging programs, mentor fellow educators and build strong relationships with children, families and the wider community.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and mentoring educators to deliver high-quality learning experiences
• Ensuring the highest standards of health, safety and wellbeing are maintained at all times
• Designing and implementing age-appropriate programs and routines that reflect children’s individual strengths and interests
• Observing, documenting and supporting children’s learning and development
• Contributing to a collaborative, fun and inspiring learning environment

About You

You’re a creative and dedicated early childhood professional with leadership experience. You thrive in a team environment, are passionate about mentoring others, and are committed to building trusted relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Essential skills and requirements:

• ACECQA-recognised Diploma in Early Childhood or higher
• Proven experience in leading and developing age-specific programs and routines
• Current Working with Children Check (state-specific)
• Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Certificates
• Strong communication, organisational and mentoring skills
