⭐ Trainee Educator | Corinda

Journey Early Learning is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate, Trainee to join our team. Work alongside a dedicated team to create a positive and inspiring environment for children. ⭐ About the Role

This is a Permanent part-time opportunity across Monday to Friday. 
 
As a Trainee-Educator, you will be required to assist in providing a safe and stimulating environment which meets the social, cultural, emotional, educational and physical needs of the children in our care.

• Ensure you keep up to date with all course assessment requirements and met all deadlines
• Learning how to support educators in delivering fun and engaging learning experiences 
• Building warm relationships with children, families, and your team 
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment 
• Actively participating in learning opportunities 
• Contributing to a culture of fun, collaboration, and curiosity 
• Be part of a collaborative teaching and interactive learning environment

You are enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to grow and develop in the role of an Educator.

• A genuine passion for working with children 
• A strong willingness to learn and grow in a supportive team environment 
• Great communication and interpersonal skills 
• A positive, team-oriented mindset 
• The ability to embrace fun, creativity, and curiosity in your work 
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training
