Trainee Educator | Knoxfield

Journey Early Learning is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Trainee Educator to join our Knoxfield team. About the role

This is a permanent part-time opportunity across Monday to Friday.

As a Trainee Educator, you’ll be supported to develop your skills while assisting in providing a safe and stimulating environment that meets the social, cultural, emotional, educational, and physical needs of children.

Key Responsibilities

• Keeping up to date with all course assessment requirements and meeting deadlines
• Learning how to support educators in delivering fun and engaging learning experiences
• Building warm, trusting relationships with children, families, and your team
• Helping to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
• Actively participating in learning opportunities and contributing to team collaboration
• Bringing curiosity, creativity, and joy into the everyday learning journey

About you

You’re enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to grow in the role of an Educator. You bring a love for learning, a team-first attitude, and a genuine passion for working with children.
