As an Early Childhood Teacher at Journey Early Learning Echuca, youâll lead intentional, playâbased programs that place children at the centre of everything we do. This is a permanent part time opportunity across Tuesday to Friday.Â

Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver intentional learning programs aligned with the EYLF
- Use observation and reflection to support childrenâs development
- Mentor and support educators to strengthen practice
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and wellbeing
đAbout You
- ACECQAâapproved Early Childhood Teaching qualification
- Prior to applying - Must hold a current and valid WWCC
- Over 1 year experience in an ECT role
- Passionate about pedagogy, child development, and reflective practice
- Confident leading curriculum and collaborating with educators
- Current Asthma, Anaphylaxis, and First Aid Certificates
