⭐Early Childhood Teacher | Indooroopilly
(3‑Month Contract – ASAP start)

We’re seeking a warm and reliable Early Childhood Teacher to join our Indooroopilly centre on a 3‑month fixed‑term contract.

This is a great opportunity for an ECT who builds strong relationships, communicates confidently with families, and enjoys delivering high‑quality, play‑based learning in a supportive environment.

🌿 About the Role

You will support a room team in delivering engaging, play‑based learning experiences that promote children’s development, confidence, and wellbeing.

Working closely with leadership and educators, you’ll bring strong pedagogy, contribute to consistent routines, and create a positive, inclusive environment for children and families.

🌱 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-quality Kindergarten program aligned to the EYLF
• Create engaging, play-based learning environments
• Observe, document, and reflect on children’s learning
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and the community
• Contribute to a collaborative, supportive team culture
• Maintain high standards of safety and compliance
  
  

💛 About You

• ACECQA‑approved ECT qualification (Bachelor, Master or Grad Dip)
• Warm, calm, and caring approach with a gentle, responsive style
• Reliable and adaptable, with a positive mindset
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with families
• Confident working within new teams and environments
• Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis

Our 54-place Indooroopilly centre offers a warm, homely environment where everyone knows and supports each other. We provide three rooms, Nursery, Toddler and Kindy—all on one level, creating a connected and easy-to-navigate space for both staff and children.
