Early Childhood Teacher | Kyneton

About the Role

As an Early Childhood Teacher at Journey Early Learning Kyneton, you’ll lead intentional, play‑based programs that place children at the centre of everything we do. You’ll collaborate with a passionate team, guide high‑quality practice, and build strong partnerships with families to support each child’s learning, confidence, and wellbeing.

You’ll be supported by a leadership team who believe in your potential and actively invest in your growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver intentional learning programs aligned with the EYLF
• Use observation and reflection to support children’s development
• Mentor and support educators to strengthen practice
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and wellbeing

About You

• ACECQA‑approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification
• Passionate about pedagogy, child development, and reflective practice
• Confident leading curriculum and collaborating with educators
• Current Asthma, Anaphylaxis, and First Aid Certificates
