 About the Role

You will lead our Kindergarten program, creating engaging, play-based learning experiences that foster children's confidence, curiosity, and readiness for school.

Working alongside a supportive Centre Manager and leadership team, you'll be empowered to focus on delivering high-quality educational outcomes while building meaningful relationships with children and families.

 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-quality Kindergarten program aligned to the EYLF
• Create engaging, play-based learning environments
• Observe, document, and reflect on children's learning
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and the community
• Contribute to a collaborative, supportive team culture
• Maintain high standards of safety and compliance

About You

• ACECQA-approved ECT qualification (Bachelor, Master or Grad Dip)
• Must have completed National Child Safety Training
• Experience in a Kindergarten setting (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS
• Warm, relationship-focused approach to teaching
• Passion for creating meaningful learning experiences
• Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
