⭐ Permanent Educator | Echuca
Monday to Friday | 5 days per week

We’re looking for a warm, reliable, and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our Echuca team in a permanent part‑time role.

🌟 About the Role

As a Permanent Educator, you’ll support children’s learning and wellbeing through engaging, play‑based experiences. Working alongside a supportive team, you’ll help create a calm, nurturing environment where children feel safe, confident, and encouraged to explore.

You’ll play an important role in building strong relationships, supporting daily routines, and contributing to a consistent, high‑quality learning environment.

🌱 Key Responsibilities

• Support play‑based learning aligned with the EYLF
• Build strong, positive relationships with children and families
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment
• Assist with observations and documentation
• Work collaboratively within a supportive team
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and care
  
  

💛 About You

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Must have completed National Child Safety Training + Victorian Child Protection Training
• Warm, caring, and approachable nature
• Reliable and team‑focused
• Passion for supporting children’s learning and development
• Strong communication skills
• Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain)
