About the role:
Based in Melbourne or Sydney with hybrid work flexibility, this role combines remote Level 1 technical support with occasional on-site assistance at childcare centres across Australia. You will diagnose and resolve technical issues, maintain IT documentation, and collaborate with a dynamic, supportive IT team.
