HR Coordinator
12‑Month Parental Leave Contract | Potential for Extension

We’re looking for an organised, proactive and people‑focused HR Coordinator to join our People & Culture ecosystem. This is a role where you’ll help create smooth, consistent and supportive experiences for our teams across the country — and where your love of systems, structure and meaningful work will truly shine.

Your Impact
In this role, you’ll help keep our HR operations running smoothly while supporting our centres and leaders with clear communication, accurate documentation and a strong commitment to compliance and child safety. You’ll work closely with our HR Manager and another HR Coordinator to create a consistent, well-organised employee experience from onboarding through to offboarding.
From maintaining Employment Hero and tracking HR workflows, to preparing contracts and supporting HR projects, your work helps every team member feel supported, safe and connected throughout their Journey experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare contracts, onboarding documents and welcome new starters
- Coordinate offboarding with care and consistency
- Maintain accurate employee records within Employment Hero
- Support centres and leaders with HR queries and system navigation
- Track HR workflows using Monday.com and JotForm
- Prepare HR reports and support data insights
- Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement work
- Support compliance audits, documentation checks and employee changes

What You’ll Bring
- Experience in an HR Administrator or HR Coordinator role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence using HR systems (Employment Hero is a bonus)
- Solid understanding of Australian workplace legislation and awards
- Friendly, clear, people‑first communication
- Experience in early childhood education is highly regarded
