Integration Quality Manager | Early Childhood Leadership

As we continue to expand through new builds and acquisitions, we are excited to introduce a brand-new opportunity for an accomplished early childhood professional to join our Integration team as an Integration Quality Manager.

This role will play a key part in supporting the successful integration of new and acquired centres into the Journey network, partnering closely with our Centre Quality Managers and support teams to strengthen practices, embed our culture and drive quality outcomes.

About the role

The Integration Quality Manager will provide dedicated support to centres during their transition into Journey, helping establish strong foundations and ensuring teams feel supported through periods of growth and change.

Working in partnership with Centre Quality Managers, you will coach and mentor leaders, embed Journey's ways of working and help drive consistent quality outcomes across our growing network. While you won't hold responsibility for an individual centre, you'll play an integral role in supporting centres to successfully integrate and thrive.

This is a highly rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, building relationships and making a meaningful impact across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the integration of new build and acquisition centres into the Journey network.
• Partnering with Centre Quality Managers, Centre Managers and Educational Leaders to strengthen quality outcomes.
• Coaching and mentoring leaders through periods of change and growth.
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and quality uplift.
• Building strong relationships across multiple centres and regions.
• Managing competing priorities within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Please note: This role involves extensive travel across Victoria, supporting centres throughout our growing network. The successful candidate will need the flexibility and availability to travel regularly between locations.

About you

You will bring:

• Significant leadership experience within the Early Childhood Education and Care sector, with a demonstrated ability to influence quality outcomes across teams.
• Proven success leading quality improvement initiatives and supporting teams through periods of growth, change and integration.
• Strong working knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standard (NQS) and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional coaching, mentoring and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
• Outstanding organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• The flexibility and commitment to travel extensively across Victoria to support centres across our growing network.
