Inclusion Support Educator | Whittlesea

🌟 About the Role

We’re looking for a warm, patient, and dedicated Inclusion Support Educator to join our team, supporting children within our Kindy space.

In this role, you’ll support children to feel safe, included, and confident within their learning environment. Working closely with your room team, you’ll help create a calm, nurturing space where children can build independence, develop social skills, and engage in meaningful play. You’ll play an important role in supporting routines, guiding learning experiences, and ensuring every child feels a strong sense of belonging.

This role is permanent part time, 6 hours on a Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday.

🌿 About Our Centre

At Journey Early Learning Whittlesea, you’ll become part of a warm, close-knit team where every child and family is truly known and valued.

Our welcoming 70-place, single-level centre has a genuine home-like feel, with settled children, strong family connections, and educators who work closely together across our four rooms. With a separate Nursery yard and a large shared outdoor space for our older children, there’s plenty of opportunity for connection, exploration, and play.

Led by a supportive Centre Manager and a stable team, all educators contribute to our child-led programming approach and meaningful learning experiences. From music and sensory incursions for our youngest learners to mindfulness, wellbeing, and literacy programs for our older children, there’s always something exciting happening at Whittlesea.

With onsite parking and nearby bus stops, getting to and from work is easy—so you can focus on creating meaningful moments for children every day. 🌱
