About the Role

As an Educator at Journey Bendigo South, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the early learning experiences of children aged six weeks to six years. This is an opportunity to inspire curiosity, nurture development, and create a safe, supportive environment where every child feels valued. You’ll work closely with families and a passionate team to deliver programs that spark creativity and foster lifelong learning. This is a permanent part-time opportunity across Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging learning experiences for your allocated group
• Observe and document children’s strengths, interests, and developmental milestones
• Design and implement activities that spark curiosity and creativity
• Maintain high health & safety standards at all times
• Collaborate with a passionate team to create an inspiring learning environment

About You

• ACECQA-recognised Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
• Passionate about fostering curiosity and lifelong learning
• Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative culture
• Current Asthma, Anaphylaxis, and First Aid Certificates
