About the Role
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Permanent Educator to join our Durack Heights team. In this role, you’ll foster meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues while supporting and guiding children’s learning. You’ll also have opportunities to grow your career with ongoing support from your Centre Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high health & safety standards at all times
- Facilitate engaging learning experiences for your allocated group
- Observe and document children’s strengths, interests, and preferences
- Design and implement activities for developmental programs
- Contribute to a collaborative and interactive learning environment
About You
- ACECQA-recognised Certificate III or higher
- Experience developing age-specific programs and routines
- Approved Working with Children Check (OCHRE Card)
- Current Asthma, Anaphylaxis, and First Aid Certificates
- Creative, inspired, and passionate about early childhood education
About Our Durack Heights Centre
Our purpose-built, 66-place centre is designed to spark curiosity and creativity for children aged six weeks to six years. Located on Packard Avenue, Durack, we offer modern indoor and outdoor play environments that encourage learning through play.
We engage with the wider community through weekly incursions and celebrate achievements with monthly morning teas and lunches. Our yearly roster provides set shifts for work-life balance.
