About the Role

As a Permanent Educator, you'll work alongside a passionate team to deliver high-quality Early Childhood Education and Care.

You'll create engaging, play-based learning experiences, support children's learning and development, and build strong relationships with children, families and fellow educators.

You'll be encouraged to share your ideas, contribute to your learning environment and continue developing your skills and career with Journey.

About You

We're looking for a passionate Early Childhood Educator who is committed to creating positive outcomes for children.

You'll bring:

✔ Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an ACECQA-approved equivalent

✔ A valid Working with Children Check

✔ Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications

✔ National Child Safety (Foundation Module) training or willingness to complete

✔ A genuine passion for Early Childhood Education and children's learning and development

✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills

✔ A positive and collaborative approach to working within an early childhood education team

✔ A commitment to creating safe, inclusive and engaging learning environments
