We are seeking a passionate Permanent Nursery Educator to join our warm and established team at our 92-place early learning centre in Sebastopol.

Our service is a single-level, 25-year-old building with strong community presence and long-standing staff tenure—many team members have been with us for 10+ years, with some exceeding 16 years. This reflects our positive culture, supportive leadership, and genuine team connection.

About You

• Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Passion for working with infants and building secure attachments
• Strong understanding of EYLF, NQS, and Child Safe Standards
• Warm, responsive, and team-focused approach
• Current Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain)
