• Observe and document children’s strengths, interests and development
• Maintain high health, hygiene and safety standards at all times
• Build strong, trusting relationships with families
• Work collaboratively with your team to maintain a joyful, supportive environment
• Uphold Journey’s high safeguarding and child protection standards

❤️ About You

• ACECQA‑recognised Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
• Passionate about early development and creating secure attachments
• Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative team culture
• Confident in active supervision and maintaining safe environments
• Holds current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
• Warm, patient and committed to high‑quality practice
