Journey Early Learning Corinda is looking for a passionate Certificate III or Diploma-qualified Float Educator to join our team.

If you enjoy variety and connecting with children of different ages, this is a great opportunity to work across our learning environments while becoming a familiar and valued part of the wider Corinda team.

You’ll support different rooms where needed, build meaningful relationships with children and families, and bring consistency, flexibility and positive energy to each day.

Permanent Part-Time | Monday to Friday

✨ About the Role

As our Float Educator, you’ll:

• Work across different rooms and age groups throughout the centre
• Support engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYLF
• Build strong relationships with children, families and educators
• Support children’s individual routines, learning and wellbeing
• Provide consistency and support across the centre where needed
• Work collaboratively with Lead Educators and the wider team
• Contribute to safe, inclusive and engaging learning environments

💛 About You

You’re a warm, adaptable and reliable educator who enjoys variety and feels confident working across different age groups and learning environments.

You’ll bring:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Confidence working across different rooms and age groups
• A flexible, positive and team-focused approach
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A genuine passion for children’s learning and development
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain)
• Current Working with Children Check
• Completed National Child Safety Training
