Journey Early Learning Durack Centres are looking for experienced Certificate III or Diploma-qualified Educators!
You’ll create engaging, play-based learning experiences, build meaningful relationships with children and families, and work alongside a collaborative team to support children’s learning, development and wellbeing.
Permanent Part-Time | Up to 37.5 hours per week | Hours may vary
✨ About the Role
As a Permanent Educator, you’ll:
- Create engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYLF
- Build strong relationships with children and families
- Support children’s learning, independence and development
- Contribute to observations, planning and documentation
- Work collaboratively with your Lead Educator and wider team
- Maintain a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment
💛 About You
We’re looking for experienced educators who are confident in their practice and passionate about creating positive outcomes for children.
You’ll bring:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Previous experience working within an early learning environment
- Strong understanding of child development and play-based learning
- A warm, reliable and collaborative approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
- Completed National Child Safety Training
