Journey Early Learning is thrilled to be opening our second centre in Echuca West (VIC) in April 2026, and we’re looking for warm, passionate and committed Permanent Educators to join our foundation team. This is an incredible opportunity to help shape a brand‑new, purpose‑built centre and create a learning environment where every child feels safe, supported and ready to shine. ✨

About Our New Echuca West Centre 🧡

Our new service has been thoughtfully designed with children, educators and families at the heart.

• Licensed for 120 children across 8 rooms
• Purpose-built, light-filled learning environments
• Operating 6:30am – 6:30pm
• Strong focus on community connection, outdoor play and meaningful excursions
• Supportive leadership and dedicated onboarding for all foundation team members

Who You Are 🌟

You’re a caring, child‑focused educator who creates warm, inclusive learning spaces. You value teamwork, open communication and building strong relationships with children, families and colleagues. You bring creativity to your practice and enjoy contributing to age‑specific programs and routines.

What You’ll Bring 🎓

• A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised)
• Experience supporting high‑quality programs and routines
• A valid Working with Children Check
• Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
• A positive, collaborative and “all in” mindset — especially as we open a brand‑new centre
