⭐ About the Role
We’re looking for warm, dedicated, and reliable Permanent Educators to join our team at Journey Fernvale. In this role, you’ll help create engaging, play‑based experiences that support children as they explore, connect, and grow in a calm, nurturing environment.
You’ll build strong, trusting relationships with children and families, support consistent routines, and work closely with a supportive Centre Leadership Team who will guide your growth and development within a close‑knit, community‑focused centre.
This is a Permanent part-time opportunity across Monday to Friday.

🌟 About the Role
As a permanent part‑time educator, you’ll support children’s learning and development through nurturing, play‑based experiences. Working closely with your team, you’ll help create a calm, engaging environment where children feel safe, confident, and supported to grow.
🌱 Key Responsibilities
- Support play‑based learning aligned with the EYLF
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families
- Contribute to a nurturing, inclusive environment
- Assist with observations and documentation
- Work collaboratively within a supportive team
- Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times
💛 About You
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Warm, caring, and relationship‑focused approach
- Reliable and team‑oriented
- Passion for supporting children’s learning and wellbeing
- Strong communication skills
- Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain)
