Journey Early Learning Gumdale is looking for passionate Certificate III or Diploma-qualified Educators to join our team.

With a new leadership team in place, it’s an exciting time to join Gumdale. You’ll be supported to bring your ideas, build meaningful relationships with children and families, and create engaging learning experiences every day.

Permanent Part-Time | Up to 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday

✨ About the Role

As a Permanent Educator, you’ll:

• Create engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYLF
• Support children’s individual learning, development and wellbeing
• Build meaningful relationships with children and families
• Contribute to observations, planning and Storypark documentation
• Work collaboratively with your Lead Educator and wider team
• Bring your ideas and creativity to the learning environment
• Maintain a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment for every child

💛 About You

You’re a warm, reliable and collaborative educator who is passionate about creating positive experiences for children.

You’ll bring:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• A genuine passion for children’s learning and development
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A positive and team-focused approach
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain)
• Current Working with Children Check
• Completed National Child Safety Training (GECKO)
