We’re looking for a warm, passionate, and reliable Early Childhood Educator to join our Kindergarten room (3–5 years) at Journey Early Learning Indooroopilly in a permanent role.

In this role, you’ll support children’s learning and development through engaging, play‑based experiences that build confidence, independence, and school readiness. You’ll work alongside a supportive team to create a calm, inclusive environment where children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn.

🌱 Key Responsibilities

• Support play‑based learning aligned with the EYLF
• Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families
• Promote school readiness through engaging experiences
• Contribute to observations and documentation
• Work collaboratively within a supportive team

💛 About You

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Must have completed National Child Safety Training
• Passion for supporting Kindergarten‑aged children
• Warm, relationship‑focused approach
• Reliable, team‑oriented, and positive
• Strong communication skills
• Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain)
