🌟 About the Role

We’re looking for a warm, passionate and reliable Permanent Educator to join our team at Journey Early Learning Kawana.

As a Certificate III or Diploma-qualified Educator, you’ll create engaging, play-based learning experiences, build meaningful relationships with children and families, and support each child’s individual learning, development and wellbeing.

You’ll work alongside a supportive team where your ideas are valued and you’re encouraged to continue building your skills and growing your career with Journey.

Journey Early Learning Kawana is a purpose-designed centre where children are encouraged to explore, discover and learn through meaningful experiences.

You’ll join a welcoming and collaborative team that values strong relationships, quality early learning and creating an environment where children feel safe, supported and confident to thrive.

🌱 What You’ll Be Doing

• Creating engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYLF
• Supporting children’s individual learning, development and wellbeing
• Building strong, respectful relationships with children and families
• Contributing to observations, planning and documentation
• Creating safe, inclusive and engaging learning environments
• Working collaboratively with educators and the Centre Leadership Team
• Contributing your ideas and being an active part of the centre community

💛 About You

You’re a caring and enthusiastic educator who is passionate about creating meaningful experiences and positive outcomes for children.

You’ll bring:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• A genuine passion for children’s learning and development
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A positive, reliable and collaborative approach
• Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain)
• Completed National Child Safety Training
