Journey Early Learning Sale is seeking a Permanent Educator who wants to be part of a centre where teamwork, consistency and genuine care shape the daily experience for children and families. You’ll join an established team that values collaboration, open communication and shared responsibility for quality outcomes.

This role suits an educator who enjoys being actively involved in children’s learning, contributing ideas and building strong connections within their room and across the centre.

What your role looks like
• Supporting children’s learning through play, routine and exploration
• Working closely with your room team to plan and reflect on practice
• Creating calm, engaging and inclusive learning spaces
• Contributing to observations and learning documentation
• Partnering with families through daily communication
• Following safety, safeguarding and quality standards

What you’ll bring
• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
• Practical experience in an early learning setting preferred
• A steady, positive and team-minded approach
• Confidence contributing to routines and room organisation
• Clear communication and willingness to learn
• Working with Children Check and First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
