• Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow educators
• Observe and contribute to documenting children's learning, development, and achievements
• Support children's daily routines while promoting independence and confidence

• Maintain a strong commitment to child safety, health, and wellbeing
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and supportive team culture
About You
• Hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or be actively working towards)
• Have a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
• Possess strong communication and teamwork skills
• Demonstrate a positive, proactive, and caring approach
• Have a sound understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (or a willingness to learn)
• Hold a current Working with Children Check and relevant first aid qualifications (or be willing to obtain)
Why Join Journey?
• Additional Birthday Leave each year
• Ongoing professional development and training opportunities
• Career progression pathways across our growing organisation
• Employee Assistance Program (EAP) supporting wellbeing and mental health
• Supportive Centre Manager and experienced leadership team
• Access to exclusive employee discounts and benefits
