We're seeking a passionate and dedicated Permanent Educator to join our welcoming team at Taylors Hill and help create engaging learning experiences that support children's growth, development and sense of belonging.

About the Role

As a Permanent Educator, you will work collaboratively with your fellow educators to deliver high-quality care and education in line with the Early Years Learning Framework. You will help create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children feel supported to learn, explore and grow.

Journey Early Learning Taylors Hill is a modern 132 place centre where children begin their journey of learning, development, growth and opportunity.

Our vibrant indoor and outdoor spaces inspire exploration, from bug hunting on our trails to caring for our sustainability garden, all within a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with children, families and colleagues
• Support the planning and implementation of engaging educational programs
• Foster children's learning, wellbeing and development through play-based experiences
• Maintain a safe, inclusive and welcoming learning environment
• Contribute to observations, documentation and children's learning journeys
• Uphold Journey Early Learning's policies, procedures and values

About You

• Hold or be actively working towards a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Have a current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain)
• Hold current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for early childhood education
• Possess strong communication and teamwork skills
• Bring a positive, proactive and professional approach to your work
