We're Hiring!

We’re looking for a dedicated and nurturing Permanent Educator to join our Wallan Central team, working within the Pre-Kindergarten space. This is a full-time opportunity for an educator who is passionate about supporting children’s early development, delivering high-quality educational programs, and contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.

You’ll work closely with your room leader and wider team to create engaging, play based learning experiences that support children’s confidence, independence, and social development in the lead up to kindergarten.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of a high-quality Pre-Kindergarten program alongside your team
• Contribute to the planning and implementation of play-based learning experiences
• Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and the team
• Support children’s social, emotional, and developmental outcomes
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
• Maintain compliance with the NQF and centre policies
• Contribute to documentation and reflective practice

About You

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-recognised)
• Experience working within a Pre-Kindergarten or similar age group preferred
• Strong understanding of the EYLF and early childhood development
• Passionate about supporting children’s learning and wellbeing
• Positive, reliable, and a strong team player
• Strong communication skills and a nurturing approach
