About the Traineeship 📚

Our 12-month traineeship program provides the opportunity to work towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a real early learning environment.

You'll learn how to:

• Support children's learning, development and wellbeing
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
• Contribute to engaging learning experiences and play-based programs
• Maintain safe and welcoming learning environments
• Understand the foundations of the Early Years Learning Framework
