About the role?

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will build strong connections within our centres and the wider support function through strategic recruitment practices. Due to the proximity of our centres, you will be responsible for solving the talent challenges for a “hub” of centres across a variety of roles and employment types.

Key Requirements:

• Strategically source quality candidates through a variety of channels
• Assess, and select suitable candidates to progress to interview
• Coach, guide, negotiate and influence candidates through the recruitment process
• Report on recruitment analytics on a frequent and regular basis
• Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Strategically manage talent pipelines and pools.

About you?

You’re a motivated and results-driven professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality outcomes. With a proactive and collaborative approach, you thrive in a team environment and bring a positive, can-do attitude to everything you do.

• Proven experience in recruitment (in-house or agency)
• High volume recruitment experience
• A strategic, people-first approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Childcare and Aged Care experience highly advantageous
