Journey Early Learning is seeking an experienced Learning Experience Specialist to join our growing Pedagogical team. You will be responsible for driving professional growth and excellence across Journey Early Learning. This role is key in inspiring our Journey team members to embrace continuous improvement, fostering a culture where lifelong learning is valued and celebrated.

About the role:

Reporting to the Learning Experience Manager, your primary focus will be empowering all Journey team members to enhance their skills, deepen their practice, and achieve their full potential, through design, delivery, and evaluation of cutting-edge professional learning programs and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Professional Learning Design and Implementation
• Facilitate Engaging and Impactful Workshops
• Develop and deliver high-quality, evidence-based professional learning programs
• Create innovative, engaging, and accessible learning resources
• Deliver learning programs, including f2f workshops, e-learning modules, and hybrid formats
• Align all learning initiatives with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Ensure learning solutions are responsive to sector trends, regulatory requirements
• Design and build professional learning materials
• Create visually compelling and interactive resources that enhance learning experiences and engagement
• Partner with key stakeholders to identify key focus areas and priorities for learning initiatives
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of professional learning programs through qualitative and quantitative measures.

Skills and experience

• Min 5yrs Early Years experience is essential
• Deep knowledge of early childhood education frameworks, translating theory into actionable practice
• Advanced skills in creating interactive, visually engaging learning resources
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills,
• Highly organised and efficient, ability to multitask
• Ability to motivate educators, fostering a culture of curiosity and professional growth
• Advanced skills in Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and LMS platforms.
