As a Centre Performance Manager, you'll lead the charge in overseeing multiple early learning centres across Regional Victoria. In this pivotal role, you will driving operational excellence, coach and mentor educator teams and implement strategies for high quality outcomes for families, children and communities.

This role fits within a broader ecosystem, which provides our centres with unparalleled support functions allowing their focus to be on the children and their early education and care.

Your Ideal Background:

• 10+ years in Early childhood within a multi- site manager role.
• Experience in supporting centre through overall exceeding rating during the assessment and rating process.
• Experience in driving operational excellence to the choice with the community.
• Strategic planning experience across multi-site.
• Coaching and mentoring Centre Leadership teams to become inspiring leaders of the company.

 Your key responsibilities:

• Establishing and nurturing relationships with each unique centre and their team
• Co-ordination of the support functions to assist each centre in achieving their vision and provide an exceeding service
• Centre Leadership Team performance, management and development is key to your success!
• Using data analytics to drive strategic and operational decisions striving for continuous improvement
• Effective financial performance of the centres
• Timely, accurate and meaningful reporting
