What You’ll Do

• Lead the planning and implementation of age-appropriate, play-based learning programs
• Guide and mentor educators in your room to ensure high-quality practice
• Build strong relationships with families, children, and the wider team
• Create a safe, inclusive and nurturing space aligned with the EYLF and NQS
• Model Journey’s See, Act, Tell safeguarding approach

What You’ll Need

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised)
• Experience leading a room or supporting educational programs
• A current Working with Children Check (state-specific)
• First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
• Strong communication skills and a passion for mentoring others
