We’re looking for warm, flexible, and enthusiastic educators to support our Delacombe team on a casual basis. This role offers the perfect mix of flexibility and opportunity, with shifts available across the week and the chance to build experience across multiple age groups and learning environments.

As a Casual Educator with Journey, you’ll support daily routines, create meaningful relationships with children and families, and step in where you’re needed most. No two days are the same, offering plenty of variety, collaboration, and opportunities to grow within a supportive team environment.

💛 About You

• ACECQA-recognised Certificate III or Diploma
• Reliable, adaptable, and confident working across different rooms
• Passionate about children’s learning, development, and wellbeing
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
• Current Asthma, Anaphylaxis, and First Aid certificates
