🌟 About the Role

We’re looking for warm, reliable, and enthusiastic Casual Educators to join our team at Journey Early Learning Brisbane Airport. In this role, you’ll support our team in delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences and maintaining a calm, nurturing environment for children.

As a casual educator, you’ll have the flexibility to pick up shifts across the week while contributing to a supportive and collaborative team environment.

This role is based in our 75-place centre, offering a welcoming and well-resourced setting.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of engaging, developmentally appropriate experiences
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
• Assist in maintaining consistent routines and a calm environment
• Contribute to a safe, clean, and inclusive space for all children
• Step into different rooms as needed and support the wider team

💛 About You

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised)
• Experience working with early years age groups
• Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to different rooms and routines
• Passionate about supporting children’s wellbeing and development
• A team player with strong communication skills
• Hold current Asthma, Anaphylaxis, and First Aid certificates
